The Pacholder High Yield Fund, Inc. declared a regular monthly dividend of $0.075 per common share for the month ending November 30, 2004. The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2004 to shareholders of record on November 30, 2004. The ex-date for the dividend is November 26, 2004.
